Configure the Desktop Viewer to display by modifying the Web Interface WebInterface.conf file. Open the WebInterface.conf file and modify the ShowDesktopViewer as shown in the following screen shot:The WebInterface.conf file will be located in similar path to C:inetpubwwwrootCitrix<SiteName>confWebInterface.conf.
